Paul Rudd hosted the season finale of "Saturday Night Live" Saturday night and in one skit appeared as Paul Rudd hosted the season finale of "Saturday Night Live" Saturday night and in one skit appeared as 2020 Democratic presidential hopeful Pete Buttigieg.

In the skit, Rudd's Buttigieg appeared on "The View."

When Kate McKinnon's Joy Behar comments about the South Bend, Ind. mayor's sexuality, Rudd responds:

"I do want to say that I wouldn't be running for president if I didn't believe America was ready to accept not only a gay man but a boring gay man in the public eye."

Later on in the skit, Beck Bennett appears, playing Buttigieg's husband Chasten.

"Wow, this is all so new to me," he says. "Usually I'm just home with the dogs."
